OTA stands for Over-The-Air — meaning your XENO can receive firmware updates wirelessly, just like your smartphone. This allows Nosfet to deliver performance improvements, new riding modes, safety enhancements, and BMS optimizations directly to your wheel without any trip to a service center. Your XENO genuinely improves over time.
The XENO uses a centrally mounted bidirectional damping suspension system with 90mm of travel. It features two adjustment points: a rebound knob (controls how fast the suspension extends after compression) and a compression knob (controls resistance when hitting bumps). You can tune it from plush and comfortable to firm and precise depending on your riding style and terrain.
The XENO is rated for a maximum load of 120 kg. This makes it suitable for the vast majority of adult riders. The magnesium alloy chassis and robust suspension system are engineered to maintain performance and safety up to this limit.
With the standard 126V 5A charger, the XENO takes approximately 5 hours to charge from empty to full. The large 2200Wh battery is the reason — that's a lot of energy to store safely. We recommend charging overnight for daily use. Always use the supplied charger or a compatible certified replacement.
The XENO carries an IPX6 water resistance rating, meaning it is protected against powerful water jets from any direction. This covers riding in rain and through puddles. Note that IPX6 does not mean fully submersible — avoid riding through deep water or submerging the wheel.
